Refund Policy
- 100% payment at the time of booking
- Cancellation 7 days or more prior to booking date - 50% deduction
- Cancellation within 7 days of booking date - 100% deduction
- Refund will be processed in 7 -10 working days from the date of cancellation.
Meal Note :
- Breakfast 9.30 am to 10.30 am, Lunchtime 1 pm to 3 pm, Dinner 8 pm to 10 pm, No Room service for food.
- If any specific type of food is required for toddlers or any general dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.
- We have an on-site restaurant, so A la carte meals not included in the price can be arranged for an extra cost with a minimum prior notice of 1.5 hrs.
